Talent Release Form
This Talent Release Form ("Agreement") is made by and between Seitz Dominik Visuals (Brunnenweg 11, 8417 Kirchanschöring, Germany), hereinafter referred to as the "Producer" and the undersigned performer(s), hereinafter referred to as the "Talent."
1. Grant of Rights
By signing this Agreement, the Talent irrevocably grants the Producer and the client commissioning the work (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel," Studio Vacanze Group (C.so Europa, 10 20122 Milano, Italy)) the right to use their likeness, image, voice, and performance as captured, recorded, and portrayed in the video. This includes all footage containing the Talent filmed during the production of the image film (the "footage").
These rights include, but are not limited to:
The right to edit, alter, reproduce, publish, distribute, and publicly or privately display the footage, in any media, whether now known or hereafter created.
The right to use the footage for promotional, advertising, marketing, and commercial purposes related to the Producer or the Hotel.
The right to archive, license, and/or sublicense the footage without requiring further permissions or compensation to the Talent.
2. Waiver of Claims
The Talent agrees that they will not make any claims for royalties, residuals, or other compensation related to the footage’s use by the Producer or the Hotel. The Talent waives any right to inspect or approve the final product or its specific use.
The Talent additionally waives any claims related to personality rights, privacy rights, or defamation related to the footage, unless the footage is used in an unlawful or defamatory manner.
3. No Additional Compensation
The Talent acknowledges that any compensation agreed upon for their participation in the production has been paid in full, and no further payments shall be owed to the Talent.
4. Consent and Representations
The undersigned Talent agrees and confirms that:
They are at least 18 years of age (if under 18, a legal guardian must also sign this release).
They freely and voluntarily consent to this Agreement.
They have the legal authority to grant the rights contained herein.
5. Duration of Consent
This Grant of Rights is effective perpetually, and no expiry date applies unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by both parties.
6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Talent, the Producer an the Hotel regarding its subject matter. Any modifications or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
